Apex7, Red vs Brown switch. I'm looking to replace my old Apex 300 keyboard to a Apex 7. Problem is, I have never gotten a mechanical keyboard and have no idea what switch type to pick. And not a single store in my area (atleast that i have found) sells Steelseries. So I can't "feel" the difference. Thedifference is that the blue variant is clicky and tactile meaning that there is a bump when you press and creates a click sound. Red variant is somewhat quiet and you don't feel any counterbump. Both switches are good but if u want the sound of blues then go. If you want silent ones, then go for reds.
